We are looking for a candidate, based in our Bishop’s Stortford Office, to join our Inside Sales team. Outbound calling and/or scientific software experience would be beneficial. This is a target driven role, so you must be a motivated self-starter with ambition and drive. This is a highly rewarding role with added benefits including comprehensive sales training provided by an experienced Sales Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Outbound calling to new prospects with a view to booking meetings for account managers
- Researching new prospects and organisations in the life sciences industry
- Working with Account Managers to focus on target prospects
- Arranging meetings for Account Managers
- Driving attendance to events and conferences
- Qualifying new inbound leads
- Consistently meet and exceed targets
- Provide excellent customer service and ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Maintain and document all activities in Salesforce
- Motivated and driven self-starter
- Outbound calling experience required
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Great personable skills – you will be working with and relying on colleagues it is therefore essential you are able to build good relationships with your colleagues
- Languages preferable, French, German.
