Meet Dotmatics at booth #127 to analyse and visualise antibody and drug mass
Bishops Stortford, UK. Dotmatics, a leading provider of scientific informatics solutions and services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, will be exhibiting at booth #127 of the 10th Annual PEGS Boston conference at the Seaport World Trade Center from May 5th – 9th.
Dotmatics’ new Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC) module can instantly load mass spectrometry (MS) spectra and identify and label the main conjugation species, including undesired side-reaction conjugates. Users can simply import raw MS data or converted data files and peaks are automatically identified. In addition, scientists can easily analyse kinetics and coupling reactions over time. This eliminates the hours of tedious analysis that is currently required thus making the whole process faster and more efficient.
Web-based solution Bioregister from Dotmatics enables the easy registration of biological entities and management of data associated with their production including protein expression, purification and characterisation. Throughout PEGS Boston, Dotmatics’ Application Scientists will be available to discuss and demonstrate the ways in which Bioregister meets the needs of protein scientists who are looking for an easy way to keep track of sequence information and any batches of protein produced for those sequences.
Dotmatics will also showcase long established enterprise solutions including revolutionary data analysis and visualisation tool Vortex, query and reporting tool, Browser and Studies Notebook which fully integrates with Bioregister providing biologists with complete informatics coverage of their laboratory workflow.
