chemlink is a small applet that can be used to link web applications to common desktop drawing tools

chemlink is a very small component and uses server calls to generate the depiction of the structure and interconvert between sketch, mol, smiles and img formats. Because of this, it has a very small client footprint and is suitable for all users desktops.

chemlink allows you to copy the molfile from the drawn structure and also to paste in smiles or molfiles from the clipboard.
